Psalm 35 (23 of 29 notes)

The Treasury of David
by Charles Haddon Spurgeon (1834-1892)

Rebuke thine enemies and mine, O Lord. A word will do it. Clear my character, comfort my heart. O Lord,be not far from me. Stand in the pillory at my side. The sweet presence of God is the divine cordial of the persecuted; his painful absence would be their deepest misery.
