Codex
Washingtoniensis. This manuscript of the fourth or fifth century
contains Deuteronomy, Joshua, and Psalms, the four Gospels, and portions of the
Pauline Epistles from 1 Corinthians through Hebrews. This Codex, consisting
actually of four groups of manuscripts, was purchased in Cairo by C. L. Freer
of Detroit, and is now in the National Library, Washington, D.C.
